Warranty

Our Recovery Straps have a 6-month warranty. This warranty only covers the Synthetic Rope portion of the strap. Other parts including the hook and/or d-ring shackle are not included in the warranty. The warranty is only valid for straps that are defected, damaged and/or broken within 6 months of the purchase date. We require an image of the broken strap and proof of purchase which includes the date of purchase. The warranty will only replace the exact product that was originally purchased. If Mud Bandit has discontinued that exact product, then a replacement can not be sent out. A replacement does not extend your warranty.
